Will carpet tile tape damage the flooring I am installing to?

To be 100% safe we highly recommend using a hair dryer to soften the tape when removing tape from any surface especially if you're going over plush carpeting. The tape will soften and release very easily using a hair dryer and will not leave any residue on your floor.

Can carpet tile tape be used on other materials other than carpet tiles?
